We’re a team of fully qualified Integrative and Psychodynamic Psychotherapists with Masters in Counselling Psychology (or equivalent). We offer help with challenges ranging from Anxiety associated conditions eg  Depression, low self esteem, panic attacks, Bereavement; Couples relationships(Psycho-sexual issues, communication challenges) and many other issues that might affect Mental and overall Well being. Some of these can be dealt with within a few sessions while others require a longer term approach. With different apps now available to help address organisational skills, discipline in meeting deadlines, mood swings as well as weight loss challenges using apps like Woebot and Fitbit, we’re constantly evolving and attending courses to keep up with technology which is relevant to use side by side with talk therapy. This is also reflected in our therapy costs which varies depending on client needs as the work sometimes continues outside the weekly sessions.
